Intense cheese, light and crispy texture

"I like these but my wife does not. The texture is light and crispy, which we both like. The flavor is intense and very much on the "funky cheese" side of things. These are not Cheez-Its and if you're not a fan of gorgonzola or the closer-to-the-rind part of Camambert, you may want to reconsider these. Tip: My package was about half "full" crackers and half "shrapnel. " They still tasted fine, but if you want pretty wedges for a plate or party display, you might need to order extra bags."
